Fall Leadership Circle:

Courageous Leadership and Communication

Learn to lead honest conversations with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence.

Enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain a supportive and meaningful circle experience.

Program Description

Many leaders know what needs to be said but hesitate when the moment comes.

You may soften your message to avoid conflict.
You may delay feedback because you care about the relationship.
You may leave important conversations unfinished because you are unsure how they will land.

The Fall Leadership Circle is a three month experience designed to help emerging leaders develop the confidence and communication skills needed to navigate these moments with honesty, empathy, and calm leadership presence.

Inside the circle, you will practice courageous conversations, strengthen emotional intelligence, and learn how to communicate in ways that build trust rather than tension.

Honest conversations build stronger teams

Why these conversations feel so difficult

Most leaders do not struggle because they lack care or commitment. In fact, the challenge is often the opposite. They care deeply about the people they lead.

They want to protect relationships, they want to be respectful, and they want to avoid unnecessary tension. But leadership requires moments of honesty, such as:

  • Giving difficult feedback.

  • Addressing behavior that is affecting the team.

  • Clarifying expectations that were never clearly spoken.

Without the right tools, these conversations can feel uncomfortable and uncertain.

So many leaders delay them, or soften their message so much that the real issue never gets addressed. Over time this creates confusion, frustration, and lost trust.

Courageous leadership does not mean being harsh or confrontational. It means learning how to speak the truth with clarity, care, and emotional intelligence. That is exactly what we practice inside the Leadership Circle.

A different kind of leadership development

Most leadership programs focus on teaching concepts, but leadership growth happens through reflection, conversation, and real practice. The Fall Leadership Circle is designed to create space for that kind of growth.

Instead of a lecture or traditional training session, this experience brings a small group of leaders together each month to explore real leadership challenges and practice courageous communication in a thoughtful and supportive environment. Each session combines leadership insight, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation with peers who are navigating similar situations in their work and leadership roles.

Participants leave with practical communication tools, deeper self awareness, and greater confidence in how they show up as leaders. The goal is not simply to learn about leadership. The goal is to practice it.

What we will explore together

Over three months we focus on the communication skills that help leaders navigate difficult conversations with clarity, emotional intelligence, and confidence. Each session builds on the one before it, giving you space to reflect, practice, and apply what you learn in your real leadership environment.

  • Many leadership challenges begin with a conversation that feels difficult to start.

In this session we explore how to approach those moments with calm and preparation. You will learn how to communicate honestly while still honoring the relationship, and how to stay grounded when emotions or tension arise.

You will leave with a practical framework for initiating conversations that require clarity and courage.

  • Giving feedback is one of the most important responsibilities of leadership and one of the most uncomfortable.

This session focuses on how to offer feedback that is direct, respectful, and growth oriented. We explore how to communicate concerns in ways that support learning while preserving trust and dignity.

You will leave with tools that make feedback conversations more thoughtful and effective.

  • Strong leadership communication requires more than words. It requires awareness of emotions, perspective, and timing.

In this session we explore how emotional intelligence strengthens leadership conversations. You will practice listening deeply, responding thoughtfully, and creating conversations that build understanding rather than tension.

This final session helps leaders communicate in ways that strengthen relationships and build trust.

By the end of the circle, participants often notice a shift in how they approach difficult conversations. Instead of avoiding them, they begin to navigate them with clarity, calm, and confidence.
